Ms. Noluthando Dlamini is a black South African female, passionate about SMME development and has served 17 years of her career in the SMME and community development and space. Her passion is supported by her educational background where she holds the following qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, ACI Foreign Exchange Dealer, Masters in Business Administration and is a PHD Candidate in Business Administration with various skills development certificates. Her career started in the banking industry and doing voluntary work at university in the early 2000’s through the church and student societies. While in the space of academia, she has always been entrepreneurial where she baked to support herself in her final year of her first degree. After leaving her banking career to broaden her horizon, she grew in different roles from being a business advisor, executive assistant, foreign exchange dealer, area manager in small business incubation, marketing and stakeholder manager to being a board member. Throughout her career she always dabbled in entrepreneurial ventures which saw her founding Ngcebo Yethu Holdings (Pty) LTD and La Kusa Foundation (NPC) which focus on economic and social development consulting services. Being passionate about education and being a mother, she envisions her craft spreading to the African continent, impacting lives through social entrepreneurship and supporting organisations with a similar vision.
